When Can You Get a Refund?

We stand by the quality of our mats, but if your mat arrives damaged or with a defective print, we’ve got your back. In this rare case, we’re happy to process a return or refund.

What We Need from You:

To keep things smooth and speedy, simply provide us with:

• Photos of the entire mat laid out flat on the ground.
• Close-up shots of any defects you notice.

Once we receive these, we’ll take it from there!

A Few Important Things:

• Measure Twice, Buy Once: We can’t stress this enough—triple-check those measurements before you click “buy.” Since each mat is made to your specific order, we can’t offer refunds or returns for incorrect measurements.
• Inspect Before You Install: Before sticking your mat down, lay it out on the floor and give it a good once-over. If it’s partially installed, we won’t be able to process a refund or return.
• No Returns or Exchanges After Installation Begins: Once you start installing your mat, it’s all yours—no take-backs!
