What can be customized?

A custom project can combine several decisions. PrecisionFit collects them in one design and quote request so the manufacturing review starts with the correct context.

Finished size and shape

Enter the installation-area dimensions, choose a standard outline or build a custom perimeter, and identify measured openings or fixtures that affect the finished mat.

Artwork and orientation

Upload a logo, illustration, pattern, message, directional design, or other artwork. Set its scale, placement, and repeat behavior for the measured floor area.

Material and finish

Choose from the available project finishes or let the advisor recommend an option. The final material must match the surface, exposure, traffic, cleaning, and print requirements.

Quantity and placement

Identify how many pieces are needed, whether designs vary by location, and how each surface will be viewed and approached. Multiple designs can be reviewed in one project.

From measured space to production review

1. Define the application

Choose the project type and document the existing floor, exposure, traffic, cleaning routine, edges, fixtures, and transitions.

2. Build the measured design

Enter exact dimensions, choose or draw the outline, place openings, select the finish, and upload the original artwork in PrecisionFit.

3. Review fit and artwork

SafetyMat reviews the supplied measurements, material choice, artwork resolution, cropping, color, seams, openings, and production fit. A production proof is required for printed artwork.

4. Follow the approved installation plan

Prepare the compatible surface and install according to the instructions supplied for the selected product and application.

The design is only one part of a successful project

SafetyMat peel-and-stick products are intended for compatible smooth, non-porous surfaces. Texture, deep grout lines, coatings, residue, damage, porosity, moisture, natural-stone variation, and cleaning practices can affect suitability and adhesive contact.

Before submitting artwork

  • Measure the flat usable area and every edge, fixture, opening, door, seam, and transition.
  • Photograph the existing surface and identify its material, finish, texture, coatings, and condition.
  • Provide the original high-resolution artwork, final wording, color references, orientation, and quantity.
  • Explain the expected traffic, moisture, exposure, cleaning, and project timing.
