Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time:

All SafetyMat products are custom-made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for the printing and preparation of your items. Once ready, your order will be shipped using the most cost-effective carrier available. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Orders placed during weekends or after 12:00 PM (local time) on business days will be processed on the next available business day. Please note that production times begin once your order is processed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible and will provide tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Custom Orders:

Due to the custom nature of SafetyMat products, each order is uniquely crafted to your specifications. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds on custom products unless there is a defect or issue with the manufacturing. Please review your order details carefully before submission.

Shipping Costs & Confirmation:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

International Shipping:

For international customers, shipping times and costs will vary. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or incorrect delivery, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will assist in resolving the issue, but please be aware that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns on Custom Products:

As all SafetyMat products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error. If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or other evidence to verify the issue.

Refunds for Defective Products:

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the defect is confirmed and will be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

In the rare event that a return is necessary due to a defect, SafetyMat will cover the return shipping costs. However, shipping costs for other types of returns (e.g., incorrect orders) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. Upon inquiry, we can provide confirmation of delivery details for the customer to investigate.
